Apply with public funding

If the examination is paid for by your healthcare region, a referral from another healthcare provider is usually required. However, the rules vary between different regions. Contact us and we will tell you what applies in your particular region.

Apply with private funding

We also welcome those who wish to pay for an assessment for children using private funds. No referral is required. Contact us for more information about costs and we will provide you with a price for your treatment plan.

For Children

We specialize in assessments to determine whether your child has ADHD, ADD, autism, or mild intellectual disability. At Utredningskompaniet, you will meet trained staff with specialist expertise in neuropsychiatry.

For Adults

Difficulties with neuropsychiatric variations often manifest themselves in everyday life, such as at work, in relationships, or during other social activities. If you feel that something is not right in comparison to those around you, you are welcome to contact us. We specialize in assessments of ADHD, ADD, autism, and mild intellectual disabilities.

Access

Everyone has the right to specialized care, regardless of where they live in the country. We have three clinics around Sweden: in Stockholm, Borlänge, and Skövde. We tailor the assessment to your specific needs—all to make things easier for you.

This is how it works

According to the Patient Act, everyone has the right to choose their healthcare provider, either privately or within the region. So if you or your child are waiting to start a psychiatric assessment, you can choose to have it done with us. Thanks to the fact that we make a careful plan for the assessment at an early stage, we can reduce the number of visits and thus shorten the assessment time.

This is how an assessment works

We are committed to ensuring that your assessment is effective so that you can quickly receive further support and help with any interventions. After you have been in contact with a healthcare unit, such as BUP or a healthcare center, you will be referred to us. Once the assessment is complete, you will receive written documentation of the assessment, a neuropsychiatric report, which will be sent to your home. At the same time, a referral response will be sent to the healthcare unit of your choice.
